Our first meeting with Mrs. Patterson was very brief, yet in that short time she surmised our exact needs and wants in house-hunting. The same afternoon she emailed us several homes to look over. The next morning she took time to drive me around to see the ones I was interested in. We had planned to wait for a few months to purchase a home, but we actually signed our contract within a month of meeting her. She is amazing! She quickly became our friend and has referred me to doctors, hospitals, hairdressers, repairmen, contractors, and even church. She has a vast knowledge of all the surrounding areas.
